[Resolved] System problem in all LINE Official Account Services
Thank you for always using LINE Official Account. At around 12:32 (GMT +7) on Nov 9th, 2020, due to some network problem, you may have experienced unstable issue when using LINE Official Account Manager on both WEB and APP side, part of the functions could not be used or display error.
Around 12:32 (GMT +7) ~ 19:50 (GMT +7), on Nov 9th, 2020.
- Failed to log in to both WEB and APP of LINE Official Manager
- Error occurred when using part of functions on both WEB and APP of LINE Official Manager
- Error occurred when LINE users using LINE Official Account services such as Coupons and Reward card.
* Some issue may also occur only in some time zones within the occurrence period In addition, all broadcast which meet the following conditions will be considered as delivery error. Therefore, broadcast set as ‘send now’ during delivery error occurrence period below or scheduled to be sent at the time of occurrence period below are not sent.

[Conditions for delivery error]
- Delivery time set as ‘Sent now’ during the delivery error occurrence period
- Reserved messaged that scheduled to be sent during the delivery error occurrence period
- Reserved messaged that was set during the delivery error occurrence period but scheduled to be sent outside of the delivery error occurrence period.
Please note even if the delivery error conditions are met, some messages may have been delivered successfully. Please check the message list about the delivery status in advance.
