Activity and billing

  1. Check message usage. Select "Settings" and then "Usage and billing."

     

    You can check the bill and make payments.(Only Android)

    ※ This applies to accounts established on LINE for Business or the app

Changing the Monthly Plan

From the "Activity and billing" menu, select "Monthly plan" to view or change your current plan.

※ It is necessary to register payment method to purchase a monthly plan

  1. Select the monthly plan.

  2. Select the plan you want to use

  3. Check "I accept the terms of use" and select "Purchase"

 

 

 

Checking the Usage Status of and Purchasing Premium ID

From the "Activity and billing" menu, select "Premium ID" to view the usage status of your Premium ID or purchase Premium ID.

※ It is necessary to register payment method to purchase a monthly plan

  1. From the "Activity and billing" menu, select "Premium ID".

  2. Enter the word you want to use and select "get premiun ID".

 

 

 

 

Viewing Billing History

From the "Activity and billing" menu, select "Billing history" to view all of your payment histories. 

※ It is necessary to register payment method to purchase a monthly plan

 

Register payment the Payment Method

From the "Activity and billing" menu, select "Register payment method" to view or change your current payment method.

The available payment methods will be displayed, please select the one you want
