Account Top Page
Click an account name to access the Account Top page. Here you can perform account operations, such as message broadcasts. Five tabs are available: Home, Insight, Chats, Account page, and Notifications. * Some tabs may not be available depending on your plan.
Perform basic account operations, such as creating messages.
View the notifications related to Broadcast.
Confirm the analytics for each menu and the number of friends.
Edit the Account page.
Chat with users via LINE.
Navigation menu common to all accounts.
Displays the most recent announcements from LINE.
Displays past announcements. Click a link to read more.
Displays the summary of analytical data regarding friends and messages. Click "See more" to access the Insight page and confirm the details.
Displays a list of scheduled messages.
This information is displayed at the top for all accounts. Confirm the plan, ID, and other information for the currently displayed account.
Profile photo and display name of the account. Click another account name to switch accounts.
Account ID (Basic ID). Premium ID, if applicable.
Target reach for the account
Current response mode of the account (Chat mode or Bot mode)
Click to access the following options:
Accounts-Go to the Accounts list.
Grouos-Go to the Groups list.
User profile-Confirm information for LINE Business ID. Change the language settings for Official Account Manager here.
Click the pencil icon to select a language, then click "Update."
Log out-Log out from Official Account Manager.
