Enable LINE Chat.

  1. Enable LINE Chat.
    This allows you to exchange messages with users through chats.
    Click "Settings" at the top of the account page.


    * Requires Google Chrome


  2. Click "Response settings" on the settings page.
    Set the response mode to "Chat."

    * Auto-response messages are available even in Chat Mode if the business hours are set.



  3. After the setting is applied, the indicator in the header switches from "Bot" to "Chat."

    Click "Chats" to access the chat screen. (A new tab appears.)
