The data can be downloaded in a CSV file by specifying a time period.
This page is accessed by clicking the "Insight" tab on the Account Top page.
This opens an overview of the major insight analytics. "Messages," "Friends," and "Chats" overviews are available.
Click each item to see its detailed page. Analytics figures are updated at different times.
Select a period for the summarized data.

Specify dates to see figures for the period. Click the export button to download the data in a CSV file. The figures in (3) and (4) are updated to show the specified period.

This shows the analytics of messages. Data is shown in the following tabs: "Overview," "Broadcast," and "Auto-response." The number of messages delivered and the click count can be viewed. This page does not include chat messages.
This shows the analytics of chats. The number of chat rooms and the number of messages used in chats can be viewed.
This shows the analytics of friends. Data is shown in the following tabs: "Overview" and "Demographics." The "Overview" tab shows trends in the number of friends, and the "Demographics" tab shows estimates of genders, ages, and regions.

* It may require up to 3 days for the demographic information of friends to be reflected. In other words, the currently displayed figures are from three days prior. In addition, this demographic information is used in the "Filter by demographic" options for broadcast message creation.
This shows the analytics of your Timeline. The numbers of impressions, clicks, and likes for each published post are shown.
* Number of impressions An impression is counted when a post appears in a specific area of the user's Timeline feed.

This shows the analytics of coupons. The numbers of users opening and using each coupon are shown.
